Solid breakfast hours from 6:45AM to 1:30PM. Free secure Wi-Fi that worked fine throughout the stay.
Limited parking options and a tight garage made access a real hassle. Had to deal with awkward maneuvering and a steep rate at nearby lots. The air conditioning required a key to function, which can be a pain to manage.

You've got to try the nearby Jamie's Italian for some epic smoked meats! Plus, the comfortable bed in my Petite King Room and supportive reception staff.

the hotel is close to central Perth.
we had to wait after 2pm before the room was made ready altho we especially asked for earlier access. the room was small, with little space for our luggage, the cleaning was basic and not thorough enough, then we threatened with extra charges for checking out 30mins after their 10am deadline. be aware of this as they take ur creditcard details at checkin. we will not return to this hotel.

The hotel was good small and I appreciated the streets of Perth. The room was clean & well maintained and available with fridge and Queen bed, for example. Especially helpful and very attentive staff at check-out and the facilities provided were nice clean! The venue had an excellent and perfect location right in the centre of Perth. Got all I wanted, value for money.

Helpful staff, tight parking woes
The Pensione Hotel is centrally located, just a stone's throw from attractions like the concert hall and exhibition centre. The staff go above and beyond-friendly, accommodating, and they even upgraded my room for free. I loved the complimentary snacks.

The Pensione in Perth blew me away with its prime location. I could easily walk to numerous restaurants and attractions, made exploring the city effortless. The lobby had this wonderful scent that welcomed me every time I walked in. I found the bed in my Petite King Room comfortable. It was perfect for a good night's sleep. The tea and coffee facilities in the room were a nice touch, and I appreciated the daily replenishment of these supplies. The staff were genuinely helpful, assisting with local tips and directions. The air conditioning left a lot to be desired. It was tricky to manage, often fluctuating in temperature. On a couple of occasions, street noise filtered through the windows during the night, disrupting my sleep. Bathroom facilities could use a minor upgrade too, as they felt a bit dated.

it was close to the Railway Station so I could walk there and it was cheap. The bed was clean and comfortable and it was adequate for my needs.
no ramp to pull my heavy suitcase easily up to the front door.

I liked the location, very central, and good rate for such a location with acceptable basic facilities. Restaurant and bar was good with discounts on food/drink for hotel guests.
